- 모든 패키지 재설치 필요

- stringsAsFactors = FALSE 가 default

ㅤ→ data.frame() 과 read.table() 이 더 이상 문자열을 factors로 변환 하지 않음

- matrix가 array도 상속

- C++과 비슷한 R"()" 형태의 Raw 문자열 상수 지원

- PCRE2를 사용하게 변경
