저도 최근에 안건데, 수도권은 지하철역의 위도,경도 좌표를 제공해주더군요  
OpenAPI조회나 csv 다운로드 가능합니다.

좋은 자료 감사합니다. 다만 부산 2호선 양산-호포 누락, 부산김해경전철 불암-가야대 누락, 부산 1호선 부전역과 동해선 부전역은 별도로 있고 부산 2호선 벡스코역과 동해선 벡스코역은 한개로 묶여있어서 통일성에서 약간 아쉽네요.
