TIOBE Index 는 기본적으로 검색엔진 의 "언어명 programming" 검색결과 갯수를 이용하여 산출

Alexa 기준 상위 25개 검색엔진을 사용 ( Google이 국가별로 나뉘어 15개를 차지해서 실제로는 10개)
