미국시장에서는 이런일이 종종? 있는데, 이와 비슷한 기사 하나

미국 주식시장에서 회사 티커(심볼)는 영문단어들로 구성되어있음. 페이스북 FB , 넷플릭스 NFLX 등

Ford 자동차에 큰 뉴스가 뜰때마다 주식투자자들이 FORD(NASDAQ) 주식을 사는데,

실제로 걔는 의료 모니터링 도구용 가방을 만드는 Forward Industry 주식이고

실제 포드자동차는 F(NYSE) 로 한글자 F 임

많은 투자자가 일주일 이상이 지나도 그걸 알아채지 못하기도 하고,

실제로 알게되더라도 FORD 주식을 다시 팔거나 하지 않고, "아 잘한 투자였어!" 라고 합리화 한다고..
