  - 각 PR/MR 요청에 맞는 특성이 부여되는 커스텀 디지털 배지를 [Holopin](https://www.holopin.io/)(디지털 뱃지 플랫폼) 에서 제공함   
  - 수집한 배지는 GitHub/GitLab 프로필에 삽입 가능   
  - 2개 이상의 스팸 PR/MR 제출시 즉시/영구적으로 Hacktober Fest에서 제명 & 밴
