## Topic Body

- 토론/게시판으로 사용할수 있는 Discussions 기능이 ZEIT의 Next.js Repo에 베타로 열림

- 글/코멘트에 Upvote 가능

- 기존 Issues 를 이용해서 코드를 토론하거나 아니면 구글그룹,Discourse 등을 이용했는데, 아예 별도로 기능을 추가

4년전에 Discussion 탭을 만들어 달라는 리퀘스트가 있었는데 이제 구현
