- 전자 서명기능으로 문서에 사인 받기 (SAFE, NDA 등의 문서등)  
- 가상 데이터 룸 : 팀, 투자자, 고문, 이사회 구성원과 프레젠테이션 자료, 재무 정보 및 기타 중요한 문서를 공유
