1) 우버는 WAMP 프로토콜로 만든 기존 채팅 아키텍처를 GraphQL 구독을 활용한 새로운 솔루션으로 교체했다.  
 2) 새로운 아키텍처는 신뢰성, 확장성, 관찰성/디버깅성을 개선하고, 기술 부채를 줄여준다.  
 3) 새로운 아키텍처는 마이크로서비스, 카프카, 프록시, 웹소켓, 캐싱, 모니터링 등 다양한 기술을 조합하여 구현되었다.
