  - Tropic Haze LLC는 닌텐도에게 240만 달러를 지급.  
  - Yuzu를 개발하거나 배포하지 못하도록 하는 영구 금지 명령에 동의함.  
  - Yuzu 도메인을 포함하여 관련된 모든 웹 사이트 및 정보 등을 포기함.  
  - 향후에도 닌텐도와 관련된 소프트웨어를 개발할 수 없음.   
- 닌텐도 3DS 에뮬레이터인 Citra도 동일한 이유로 배포가 중단되었음.

다행히(?) 또 다른 Switch 에뮬레이터인 Ryujinx는 Yuzu와는 상황이 다를 것으로 예상됩니다.  
Ryujinx는 어딜 보아도 돈 벌 생각이 안 보이는 프로젝트이기도 하고, 빌드 환경이 완전히 오픈되어 있거든요.  
거기다 지향점도 살짝 다른데, "완벽하게 에뮬레이션 되는 스위치 플랫폼을 만들면, 게임 호환은 덤으로 따라온다"에 가까워서, 하는 작업들을 보면 학술적인 것처럼 보이기까지 하죠.

안타까운 일이지만, 에뮬레이터로 수익을 올린 부분이 좀 크게 작용하지 않았나 싶네요.  
(소송 대상을 특정하기도 쉽고요)  
  
누군가 오픈 소스로 이어가길 기대합니다.
