아마존 제프베조스도 운영한다는 쉐도우 제도. GitLab에서 사내 쉐도우 프로그램에 대한 정리를 깔끔히 해놨음. CEO가 하는 모든 미팅에 참가해서 이사/시니어 리더 들이 회사에 대해서 더 잘 알게 하자는 제도.
