업무에 본격적으로 적응하기 시작한 직장인 1년 차가 되면서 주니어 분들의 고민은 시작됩니다.   
  
개인적으로 진행해 왔던 업무들 외에 팀원 및 팀장님들과 업무 접점이 많아지면서 업무 커뮤니케이션의 빈도가 높아지는 시점이기도 하죠. 맡고 있는 개인 업무 외에 전체 프로젝트의 진행을 위한 팀 업무가 할당된 이후, 다른 팀원이나 팀장 님의 눈치를 보는 일들이 잦아졌다고 주니어 분들은 토로합니다.   
  
그 원인이 뭘까요?
