- 2022년 9월 합병을 발표하고 규제 검토 프로세스 시작 후 15개월이 지났지만, 규제 승인 경로를 찾을 수 없었음   
- Adobe가 $20B에 Figama를 인수하기로 했던 것을 종료하기로 결정   
- 관련내용  
  - 계약에 따라 Adobe 는 Figma 에 현금으로 $1B(1.3조원)의 Reverse Termination Fee(취소 수수료) 를 줘야함

인수한다고 하고 오래 지나서 이미 완료된 줄 알았는데, 규제에 막혔나보네요.  
이러면 Figma만 이득인걸까요...?

신규자금 1조가 생겼으니 더 잘 되지 않을까요? 저는 Figma가 Adobe와 경쟁할 정도로 더 성장하면 좋겠습니다. ㅎㅎ
