- 2024년 2월 27일부로 한국에서 사업 운영을 종료하기로 결정  
- 한국에서 Twitch를 운영하는 데 드는 비용이 심각한 수준으로 높기 때문   
  - P2P 모델 도입 및 720p로 조정했음에도 불구하고 다른 나라보다 10배가 높은 네트워크 수수료   
- 종료 이후 한국 시청자들은 더 이상 Twitch의 유료 상품을 구매할 수 없고 스트리머들은 Twitch를 통하여 수익을 창출할 수 없음   
- AfreecaTV나 YouTube 등으로의 이전을 권장하고 도울 예정

트위치 한국에서 나름 빅스트리머들 잘나가는 줄 알았는데, 거의 트윕이나 투네이션으로 후원하고 유료상품은 저조했던걸까요..

이거 서드파티는 영향준거없다고 CEO 방송에서 들었어요 망사용료가 원인이라고 하네요
