- Ruby 코드를 입력으로 받아서 해당 코드를 실행하는 WASM 모듈을 생성하는 오픈소스   
- 이미 구현된 타 오픈소스인 ruby.wasm 기반으로 구축하고 개선  
  - Ruby VM을 미리 초기화해서 성능을 향상   
  - Ruby 파일이 런타임에 WASI 인자를 제공할 필요가 없어서 WASM 모듈 실행을 간소화하고 Edge 등에서 실행이 가능해짐
