- MS Paint(그림판)는 지난 몇년간 대대적인 재설계, 다크 모드 지원등을 해왔음   
- 드디어 Layer 생성/삭제/관리 기능과 PNG 투명도 지원이 추가됨   
  - 레이어 숨기기,복제,합치기 등 가능   
  - 투명 PNG 열기/저장 가능해짐   
- 얼마전 추가된 자동 배경 제거 기능 과 투명 PNG 기능이 잘 어울림   
- Windows Insiders 들 대상 Canary / Dev Channels 에 배포중 (버전 11.2308.18.0 이상)
