원문을 읽어보니, 줌에선 다 터놓고 이야기하기 힘들다는 뜻인 것 같네요  
  
We cannot have a great conversation. We cannot debate each other well because everyone tends to be very friendly when you join a Zoom call.

어느 정도 이해되는 말이긴 하네요.   
줌에서 아무리 얼굴을 보면서 소통한다 해도 뭔가... 대면 소통과는 약간의 사회적 거리감이 느껴지는 것 같습니다.  
그래도 주 2일 출근 정도면 선녀같은데요?
