Avast Online Security, Avast SafePrice 두 확장이 거의 Spyware 처럼 동작해서, 사용자의 웹 브라우징 내용을 자신들의 서버로 전송하고 있다고 제보하자 Firefox/Opera 용은 제거됨. 구글에도 제보했지만 아직 크롬스토어에는 남아있다고.
