1. 글등록 화면에서 header 와 footer 을 추가

2. 헤더에 컬러를 적용해서 엣지있는 모양새 만들기

3, 댓글의 폰트 컬러를 좀더 진하게 해서 보기 편하게

4. Footer에 있는 사이트이용법/FAQ/About 모든 페이지에 긱뉴스 공통의 헤더가 먼저 올라가는 형태로 변경
